We decided to go to a one car family. We had purchased our Honda CRV from Vatland in 2012. So sad to see it go. We took the car to Vatland and they made us a very fair offer, just slightly under what we were asking. The entire process took about an hour or so and they made it so easy!!! We very recently decided to try Vatland after several absolutely horrible services at a different dealership in Melbourne. We were honestly in a very bad place at the thought of dealing with another dealership. What a pleasant surprise! This is the fourth vehicle for us from Vatland and we've never been disappointed with them! Tristian wrnt out of his way in helping and, even, made a friend of Brutus, the official car dog! That is something not usual for Brutus so it says a lot about the character of Tristian Streeter. Plus, Vatland Honda is NOT a rush, rush type of business and allows you to proceed at your own pace. Nowadays that is so against the grain but, also, so appreciated.

Service Department, I scheduled an appointment for 12/11 instead of 12/10. I showed up on 12/10. Jarrod Jenkins took great care of me and said he would get me in today. I declined the multi point inspection. I am not sure the name of the tech that serviced my car. However, the tech pointed out some problems that were missed by other shops. The tech even explained why the car alignment was off, and what needed to be done to fix it. That was more than the tire shop and other Honda dealership did.
