My wife and I purchased a new Honda Pilot on 9/16/26. Lisa Sacco was our sales rep. We have purchased several cars through the years and I have to say this purchase was the absolute best experience we’ve had. Lisa and the Vatland team were courteous, professional and did not pressure us to buy a vehicle from their dealership. Lisa took the time to go over ALL the functions of our new Pilot. Hello Lon, Thank you for your follow up email. Yes, overall I was very satisfied with service received and my advisor, but I have some comments. First, unrelated to service, I purchased the serviced vehicle from Vatland Honda, and my son purchased his from Vatland too. Although I referred my son to Vatland, I never received the referral bonus; but despite that, my vehicle has predominately been serviced by Vatland. Up until this visit, my service advisor had been Jarrod Jenkins, who I liked and learned to trust as my trusted advisor. I heard he is still with Honda pursuing a management position-which is terrific for him, and I'm excited for him. He's a good man. OK, now for my service comments: 1. Generally speaking, dealer service pricing is higher than independent shops which is why I appreciate the 10% discount I received on some maintenance services; so I thank you and John for that. Every little bit helps and I don't take it for granted. 2. Cabin air filter replacement: This is my most constructive feedback. The cabin air filter was identified in the multi point inspection as an item that should be replaced. The filter was already out of the vehicle as part of the inspection and Honda wanted ~$70, part and labor to replace. The old part was reinserted as I didn't authorize the part and labor cost to replace. This doesn't make good business sense. Why not just charge a customer the cost of the filter, no labor (Vatland parts price is at least MRSP) to replace it; that would be a win -win. As an FYI, I purchased a OEM Honda cabin filter for $29.52 including tax, and shipping and installed it in 10 minutes. No tools required. I would have paid Vatland for the part at MSRP. 3. CC fee: I received an email from Vatland with a reminder of my upcoming service appointment and excerpt from it regarding credit card payments: We also wanted to inform you that if your payment for any repairs or maintenance is made using a debit card, cash, or check, there will be no additional 3% surcharge that is typically applied when using a credit card. This way, you can save on extra fees and manage your expenses more efficiently I think this can be better worded. When I first "skimmed it, what caught my eye was: there will be no additional 3% surcharge that is typically applied when using a credit card. Oh, that's nice, a loyalty discount? After rereading it, I got it. But why not just be succinct? Ok, more than you wanted and expected but I do like you guys and wanted to provide some feedback. Oh, I did respond most favorably to the Honda survey as I have done so in the past. Advise of any questions. Thank you.

Given the fax that temperatures outside were 95 plus, and the staff was working out of a tent in the parking lot due to renovations to the building. A salesman approached us with a smile and very proper welcome. We were shown several vehicles drove several vehicles, the fourth vehicle we drove was traded in the day before. Long story short were we presented with a couple of offers and purchased the vehicle with in driving on the lot just three hours earlier. I highly recommend Vatland Honda! They make buying a car a pleasure and are very good at taking the stress out of it and delivering what the customer wants. They were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Sales agent Chrem White was amazing and so helpful. I had to travel an hour to their dealership but would do it again in a heart beat! I was recently in the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay and then searched for a dealer with the car I wanted. I contacted several dealers. Vatland was the only dealer that actually read my message to them and they did exactly what I wanted. They gave me the best OTD for my vehicle and listed the dealer add-ons as requested. They gave me discounts without asking me a million personal questions.

Vatland Honda service staffs are second to none... service manager Lon Mowery lived up to his words and got my BSI ( blind spot/system information ) trouble on my 2023 pilot resolved! We decided to go to a one car family. We had purchased our Honda CRV from Vatland in 2012. So sad to see it go. We took the car to Vatland and they made us a very fair offer, just slightly under what we were asking. The entire process took about an hour or so and they made it so easy!!! The check signer was not available so they had an employee who lives close to us hand deliver the check later that evening. I had forgotten to get a Jimmy Buffet CD out of my CD player and called and asked Lisa Sacco, who handled all the paperwork, to retrieve it for me. She retrieved the CD and had it hand delivered along with the check!! Lisa was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure selling my car back to Vatland after 14 years of the best car ever. If we can't handle 1 car, we will definitely go back to Vatland for another car especially since we had purchased 3 cars from Vatland over the last 25 year. Thank you Vatland and Lisa Sacco!

We very recently decided to try Vatland after several absolutely horrible services at a different dealership in Melbourne. We were honestly in a very bad place at the thought of dealing with another dealership. What a pleasant surprise! We dealt directly with Erin in the service dept who kept us informed every step of the way. My Charger needed warranty work which was handled efficiently and quickly. It turns out there was another issue beyond what we thought which Erin took care off behind the scenes and got that covered as well. She also informed us of a recall we had no idea about and got that taken care of also. The service dept did their job and we heard no complaints and did not put us off at all to do other non-warranty work! We are so very happy with this dealership and when we look at new vehicles, this will be our first choice. Thank you so much Erin and all the mechanics in the service area. We cannot sing your praises high enough!!! 🙂
